Pack credits roll over month to month and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly plan grants refresh each billing cycle. Generations that fail for technical reasons are automatically refunded to your balance.

You do. Videos generated on paid plans are yours to use in your listings, ads and social channels, without attribution.

Yes. Every video comes with a commercial license for its soundtrack. The music is AI-composed for your video — no third-party recordings are used and no royalties are due — so it is suitable for paid ads, marketplaces and social platforms.

You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload (e.g. from your photographer or the vehicle’s manufacturer/marketplace listing). See our Terms of Service for the content-rights warranty.

Disclosure rules vary by marketplace and jurisdiction — a growing number now require flagging AI-modified imagery, and some extend that to AI-generated presenters like your on-camera presenter clips. We recommend disclosing, and we make it easy to keep the original photos alongside the video. Every video can also carry an “AI Enhanced” label — switch it on in the Studio and it renders on the video at the open and close, or throughout.

Photos are used only to generate your videos — we never use them to train AI models, and they are shared only with the infrastructure providers that render your video. You can archive videos you no longer need, and deleting your account permanently removes your content and personal data within 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
